Job Purpose

Teaching, service and other duties as assigned by the Mechanical Engineering Department Chair.

Essential Functions

Teach undergraduate level courses in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical Engineering. Prior teaching and or industrial experience in engineering related studies. Evidence of handling student projects and laboratory courses.

Preferred Qualifications

PhD in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in teaching and/or research related to automotive engineering.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Commensurate with education and experience. Full-time, nine-month, non-tenure-track position to begin August 1, 2018. Three year contract renewable based on satisfactory performance review.
